RocketDock problems with files

So last night I downloaded RocketDock and set it all up and stuff. I put my folders with almost all my programs on the dock. Then I turned my computer off. When I turned it on this morning, I went to one of my folders and found that everything was gone. I looked at all the folders on my dock and they are all empty. I can't find the programs anywhere. Does anyone know why this happened(or even if it is related to rocketdock)?

There are some reset options at the bottom of this page - http/rocketdock.com/Help/English/
I don't know if that will help but may be worth a look.
You can disable the dock by pressing Control+Alt+R.
Have you tried searching for the missing files and folders using Windows Explorer or whatever file browser you have?
