on my android i logged in my collage wifi... can surf net... can download.... but cant play games
It could be that they block all ports except 80 and 443 (used for http and https) so that's why you can't play games. That's what my school does. CoC should work fine though. [removed]- Sharks445

Can you access the BIOS on smartphones?
