f1 does not open the bios or any other sequence , i’ve just downloaded ubuntu on a flash drive still the same , light blue screen with loading ... in capital letters

i bought a laptop from an auction untested couldn’t get the screen to to turn on as the ram was bad , swapped it over for the same one but then i got loading... with a blue screen, the model is blb3 which i think is exper karizma , i cant find any english models , the motherboard has a sticker...
