    Question Replacement LED Backlights Issue

    They installed the wrong LED assemblies. As for the black smudge there is debris on the back of the flat panel. Good luck. Take it back

    Solved! Sceptre X322BV-HDR8

    On plug in No red LED is lit. Only Blue LED is lit. No audio and black screen. Remote will turn set on and off but only indication is the blue LED
