    Found it, the format button. But in the meantime, i figured out how to download at the library to a flash drive.

    I got 235 pdf's moved to the sd card as well as any apps and mp3's that would let me. This means i would not want to erase my sd card now.

    Format as internal doesnt come up when i get to that step it isnt there

    7.1.1 is my phones operating system. I went to the library to have their people help and they couldnt figure it out either. I didnt make it to metro pcs today.

    I am not a techy person. What is marshmellow? Still cant get it. I may stop at the metro pcs store and see if they can do it for me.

    Needing help, running out of internal memory. Have loads of memory card memory.
