    Oh duh! I'm sorry I was thinking of my Razor that I had. I haven't had any issues with my phone. The phone with the issue is my daughters. Thanks. I will consider a new battery if you think that may solve the problem of not charging and overheating.

    Thanks but my phone has a built in battery. You can't take it out.

    My S3 wont charge when put on a wall charger. I plugged it in to a car charger yesterday for an hour and it did not charge and got really hot. Why and what can I do?
