    ok, if I open an app that's not listed, go to its settings, I can select "show icon on apps screen". It does the job - but well hidden! Thanks rgd1101 - got there in the end!

    What I have just noticed, if I list all apps in settings - apps; the ones that show themselves in the apps window have a spline type mark associated with them (like settings icon)

    Yes, I can find apps that dont appear on the apps screen by searching for a specific app name.

    ok I have looked at the manual, all 112 pages of it, but it doesn't answer my question. Interestingly it shows the app screen with only a few apps showing. My apps screen shows only 15 apps, but the device has many more loaded. I cant figure out how to get them all to show.

    Having just got this new tablet, I find that the apps icon only brings up a limited selection of apps. How do I get to see all my apps using this button?
