IF you can try to get into the bios. If you can get that far then download the old version of your BIOS an reinstall it.

So basically it's very touch and go. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. I think it's time for an RMA.

I've seen this problem posted here a few times but none of the solutions have worked so far. So I have an AMD Laptop. It has an A8-7410 CPU that is stuck at 998MHz. I've wiped and reinstalled windows and done almost everything under the sun yet no fix. Please help. Pic of HW Monitor: Link...
