So again, Anyone know if this is my solution??? Do I need to run a cable from the SPDIF out on the MXQ to the TV Components, but it does not address my sync issue. Also, if I were to use the cable and adapter mentioned in that thread below will I have stereo sound? Would't I use this cable...

ok.... so no go. Just tried it and the Soundbar does not recognize any input from the mxq box and the same thing happens...the TV switches over to the audio from the set and my sync don't work. Unplug the mxq and my sink works again and I can throw the sound back over to the soundbar

I did not. Maybe this will get rid of my Sync issue on the TX as well since anytime I unplug the HDMI from the MXQ it then works. I did not realize I could use those. Makes sense though. I will try it when I get home tonight and report back. THANK YOU for taking the time to reply!
