My Toshiba satellite radius L40 only works when connected to AC cable. When I remove the cable laptop shut down. When cable is not insert, laptop can not switch on. Battery is fine I gues because its fully charged 100%. Maybe some setting changes about accu or power but I can not find anywhere...
