I fixed the issue (I think). The problem was the bios but updating windows didn't fix it, instead I had to press the power button + windows button + b while turning on my laptop for the bios recovery menu to pop up. Nevermind :( It's still a problem

Didn't work

My laptop sometimes only connects to the ethernet. When it properly connects to the Internet however, it freezes after a few minutes. My Laptop is windows 8.1 and I tried to fix this problem by my own, factory resetting it twice and resetting the Internet drivers without any success...
