Question Problems with Wifi Connection & Freezes

My laptop sometimes only connects to the ethernet. When it properly connects to the Internet however, it freezes after a few minutes.

My Laptop is windows 8.1 and I tried to fix this problem by my own, factory resetting it twice and resetting the Internet drivers without any success.

It's been a few month since this problem started and I really need help fixing the issue

I fixed the issue (I think). The problem was the bios but updating windows didn't fix it, instead I had to press the power button + windows button + b while turning on my laptop for the bios recovery menu to pop up.

Nevermind It's still a problem

The temperature isn't too high, then again , Idk exactly

The temperature is 100% NOT the problem btw

sound like hardware issue. replace it or don't use the wifi. or get a wifi adapter.
