Im not able to download apps.
It just says download pending. I have tried both when on WiFi and on just my data. It stayed pending for over 8hrs while I was at work.- sooner2018

Im not able to download apps.
I have a ZTE (Z899VL) and I'm not able to download apps or update them. Is there something I can do, outside of buying a new one?- sooner2018
