I got an acer e5 i7 model yestarday and it says the battery is 12 hours. i have not seen 12 hours yet. i charged it up all the way and used it wheni got it and i was using it alot yestarday with it being on and off the charger. I was wondering how i am able to get the battery to 12 hours...

I got an Acer e15 today and i have two questions. I was playing gmod on it and my game kept freezing then going black screen with my mouse still there. i alt tabbed out then got back on the game but how do i fix this? And also how am i able to make the computer use the 12 hours of battery life...
