This is actually a PC and I've tried connecting it to a TV to test and it still glitches on it. It's been going on for about 3 days now and I have tried updating the drivers twice but there's no changes.

Hey, guys! My screen has been tearing/and flickering for the last 3 days and I can't seem to figure out why! Example in Overwatch This has been happening not only in Overwatch, but all of my games and even my web browsers and desktop! I've tried vsync and everything but it doesn't work!
