Question Screen Tearing/Flickering

Hey, guys! My screen has been tearing/and flickering for the last 3 days and I can't seem to figure out why!

Example in Overwatch

This has been happening not only in Overwatch, but all of my games and even my web browsers and desktop!

I've tried vsync and everything but it doesn't work!

Is this the display on the laptop itself or are you connected to an external monitor or TV?

Also, two things. One, you didn't mention how long this has been going on and two did you try updating the drivers?

This is actually a PC and I've tried connecting it to a TV to test and it still glitches on it.
It's been going on for about 3 days now and I have tried updating the drivers twice but there's no changes.

Were there any changes made to the computer prior to this starting? Updates, new programs, etc.? Also, have you checked the temps to make sure they are fine?

No, I didn't download anything and the temperature is fine.

So the system didn't do any updates in this time frame? Also you said it does the tearing no matter what you are doing. Does it do so while in "Safe Mode"?
