    Trying to fix this my son and his fiance got it for me for Christmas ,our internet went out I've had to use my old one that only half works and adjust got internet Jan.22 and last week this thing went crazier

    My Acer keeps restarting over and says it is installing windows and features and drives to sit back and relax. What do I do it won't go off this screen?
