ok pushing all three of those got me nothing...

its lonovo so what button can i push at power on to take me to bios menu or boot setup menu

ok well here is the deal. when i power on it goes to that boot menu and i canyt get offf it. thats my problem. i have a windows ISO disk ready to boot.i just cant get outof the boot menu loop

Not at all I don't care if I have to format.. but I can't find a way off of that page everything I hit since the circle back to that I don't care if I have to format it or lose everything cuz I've got an ISO disc for Windows XP ready to go.

I finally got XP to work on my virtual machine and I was able to add the extension to add things on so I got my programs that I wanted in there and I've got my global tis loaded but I still don't have the internet. I believe my current setting is set for a bridge.

I have a Virtual Box VM running windows Xp. it works but now i cant figure out how to get my iso files from host computer to VM. Ive set up shared folders and all. And i cant get internet to work in my VM. im on a Lenovo Yoga7i
