when i tried to go into automatic repair it just does the same thing that its been sitting on of the last hour and is now trying to repair disk errors

no it was just blank, but after letting it sit for some time it come up with the acer logo and "Diagnosing your PC" and a loading icon

once it entered automatic recover, it just sits there with a black screen but still on.
