Is this something you know how to do, replacing a laptop CPU is not a simple task.

I had a look around the Lenovo website and that is probably the best value for money laptop from Lenovo but there may be better deals out there from other manufactures. Any particular reason you want to stick with Lenovo?

How often would you say you would be travelling with your laptop?

This may be covered in your manufacturers warranty, if not i don't recommend trying to repair it yourself, leave it to an expert.

What kind of budget you got?

Neither of those laptops will get close to running those games at max settings. To play AAA games at max settings on a laptop you have to get a serious gaming laptop. In my opinion go with the second, but don't be disappointed if it doesn't do everything you want it to.

Personally i would go with the Lenovo. Good specs, and looks good too (not that that really matters).

Have you tried just restarting and trying again. Sorry if i'm just pointing out the obvious but some people never try restarting.

I di the same thing once and it is possible but you will need to download some software and its not a simple click of a button. There should be some useful guides on youtube but be careful and read the comments to see whether its legit or not. You don't want to be getting any viruses.
