    audio control by keyboard

    On my toshiba satelitte L55-C5272 with Windows 10 64 bit, I used to be able to control my speakers with my keypad. Now I have to click on the icon in my try and then use the slide bar etc to control them. What happened and how can I get my previous mode of control back. Thanks
