    Hi JeckeL, No, the physical keys have remained the same, it's just that the top left sign for the inverted comma ( " ) has now been relocated down to the bottom right @ sign and that sign has taken the place of the " on the number 2 key top left. Hope this helps, Jim

    Thanks, have tried that. The technician had added Greek as the language along with the original English (American). So I deleted the Greek but nothing has happened. I've still got the keys configured as above in my request. Any other ideas please?
