My keyboard was altered and I want to put it back to as it was.

I've put a request on here and got a reply but it didn't do the trick and I don't know how to get back to my posting.
Basically, my keyboard was changed without my knowledge. The @ was moved up to where the figure 2 is positioned and the " is now in the right hand lower keyboard where the @ was.
How do I get it back to 'normal' again.
I'm not at all computer smart, so please use words of one syllable only!
Many thanks.
Jim

Hi JeckeL,
No, the physical keys have remained the same, it's just that the top left sign for the inverted comma ( " ) has now been relocated down to the bottom right @ sign and that sign has taken the place of the " on the number 2 key top left.
Hope this helps,
Jim

Thanks shivababbli,
I've got to go out now to get my bus (the one and only bus) into town, so I'll have a look at those two pieces of info you've put up for me.
As long as they don't have words longer than four - or at the most - five letters I should be OK!!
I don't care, I enjoy being a computer thick-o!!
