Discussion Anyone want a laptop?

I have a gigabyte aero xe4 not even sure where to begin owner ship 1 year so far since new.

A few months ago i cleaned the dust off it. Performance was back to factory new. Then my Bluetooth driver quit working no big deal wired is ok not sure if i caused that. Now its working but my keyboard stopped i ran the driver test. And it shows it unplugged? How when it hasnt been moved in months, havent spilled anything on it and laptop doesn't get left open however i do leave it on at times when its downloading big game files 60+gbs takes some time regardlessof when i download it. *laptop's purpose is gaming only. And fans stay at 100% just so it doesn't get hot with lid closed, etc. Never had any major issues.

Its not registering me changing the keyboard black light. *which is still in max brightness
Everything is up-to-date on drivers via windows update.

Worst case scenario anyone know of a good usb c input keyboard? Also laptop isnt for sale btw but its tempting hopefully the msi branded one im planning on in the future isnt like this.

Also gaming i use my Xbox controller so the keyboards only use is typing. Whats funny it worked fine last night

Update i did a soft reset where you hold power till off and unplug power cable. Not sure if that solved anything but now the keyboard and Bluetooth both work. Im happy there. but if i can get it to play dmz in warzone *call of duty game. I'll be very happy but im sure thats something file related even though i did a reinstall. I have about 260hrs in game play so its not hardware related.
