There is no CD drive for the nitro 5 acer. You can buy an external one that works through usb however.

Most games don't "lock" the framerate they put a limiter on it. A good example is minecraft it allows you to adjust the limiter there are many limiters online (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=raEg3GiT57I here is one I found). This should prevent it from going above the designated framerate.

Most likely that ram is a bit low but it should run alright, I might try getting another 8gb stick.

It is probably because the laptop has to send the data to your phone the the phone to the provider and so on, the extra hop might be slowing it down.

Have you tried taking out the battery and booting it off the charging cord?

It is highly recommended you use an antivirus, there is one included in windows (windows defender) however it is recommended that you use 2 different antiviruses for the maximum protection, you do not have to use an antivirus but you are exposing yourself to being hacked.

I would turn the phones and computers into the police for this, search for evidence on your own is difficult and for it to actually to work in court you need a lot of specialized hardware and software the police should hopefully have a team to work this out.

If it is discordapp.com then that would be the correct website, it might be flagging it because its a chat engine that can be used to phish so I wouldn't say its a false positive but if you are careful you will be fine.
