    Go for this - HP Spectre XT 13t-2100 Ultrabook. your only complaint is the RAM, it costs less than $30 to double the RAM and takes about 25 seconds to change on most laptops. Go for that and upgrade the next time you have a spare $30. P.S 4GB is plenty anyway. I play alot of games on my desktop...

    Ok i see you have said no Dell, but Alienware would tick all the boxes and they are very good quality, have you considered them at all? Ebay is a very good place to find brand new one with warranty with several hundred off the RRP.

    I personally would opt for the Asus K75VJ (2) Laptop, As has a great balance of CPU, screen res, and I particularly like the NVIDIA cards in laptops i find them to give better performance overall.
