    I purchased an "unlocked, dual sim" Alcatel One Touch 4 Pro from Walmart. I currently have Straight Talk on my old phone. I was told that I could put my Sim card in new phone and it would work. I can't get it to sync on the network and Straight Talk is NO help. Any ideas?
