Sometimes when I launch any software or Game, it works perfectly but when I close it and then launch it again it gives error says app unable to start correctly 0xc00005 eror... Example: I opened a video via VLC player, it opened correctly, but when i close it and open any other video with vlc...

I have copied PS4 game files from ps4 blueray dvd. I also have emulator. Now tell me how to use these files? Make iso or any other way?
