Windows 10 crashing Applications

Sometimes when I launch any software or Game, it works perfectly but when I close it and then launch it again it gives error says app unable to start correctly 0xc00005 eror...
Example: I opened a video via VLC player, it opened correctly, but when i close it and open any other video with vlc right after few seconds, it gives error that i have mentioned above. Happenes to many apps. sometimes when i restart computer they all good but after sometimes fail to start correctly.

You may be just need to wait a few more seconds before re-launching an app you've closed.

Or, better still, use your apps more intelligently, for example, with VLC Media Player, don't keep closing & re-launching it.

Leave it open, then select your next video from within the app itself instead of double-clicking the video file in Windows Explorer.

To open a video from within VLC Media Player:

Menu bar at top >> Media >> Open File

its not just happening to vlc, powerpoint, word, nvidia shadowplay, games etc sometimes stops launching....... does reinstalling window works for me? second question is, gtx 1050ti or later drivers only install on windows 10 build 17000. Windows 7 suites me, so which 7 version or service pack will support all latest nvidia drivers?
