Well, once again I ask for help here 😭 I got the mic to work for me, but then, the next day when I was about to do some audio testing, I plugged the mic and said “USB device not recognized”. Already tried everything they propose in their website, contacted Cx Service and waiting for help. Just posting in case anyone has a solution. My laptop is Lenovo Legion 5, RTX 2060, 16Gb Ram

I tried:

3 different laptops (2 Win 11, 1 Win 10) with different graphics card (2060, 1060, none)

restart laptops

uninstall device in device manager

update drivers (automatic windows search and choose from list after clicking manual search)

remove all usb drivers

update manually all usb drivers

clean audio registry(cx service website program)

different ports

roll back to the day before (but the wizard said it failed)

tried different usb-c cables (data transfer, not specifically audio, dunno if they’re different)

Sometimes the error message changes to “Device cannot start”.

if you test with multiple laptop. might be the mic is the issue
