I did yer recommendation about the Start menu,. I still get the same message about restarting the camera or computer. I dunno how I would even be able to try and start anything with the lid closed.

After running that link, it was determined that Silverlight is not on my laptop.I am gonna try yer 2nd option now.

The guy I bought it from is an IT guy. He repairs laptops and computers for a living. I'm not that computer literate to go and wipe the OS. I just wanna know why that message keeps popping up.
