The game doesnt show up in task manager

Already did that

OK so , when i try to open a game on steam , it either says ''couldnt start app , app already running'' or it shows the ''preparing to launchh app '' screen and then nothing pops up . I need help ASAP because i spent alot of money in steam games and ive been trying to fix this issue for months...

And also , for the past few weeks , my browser has been freezing and crashing while in online classes

A Also , the only game i play on there is minecraft , where i get about 30 fps but it gets lag spikes every 10 seconds

It gets kinda hot , and yes , it is an external cooler

Also i do have an ssd

The thing is that i was also thinking of upgrading my ram from 4 gb to 8 gb cuz i wanna use it for online classes and gaming Also i ordered a cooler for the laptop
