I do believe so. Another thing to consider is if Verizon has locked your phone. I know on at&t once your contract is done they will unlock your phone, but I have no idea about Verizon.

[removed]you can't physically put a SIM card in your phone. Thus, you either have to buy a new phone or stay with Verizon. If you had AT&T, (Which are just as bad as Verizon) you could have switched, as they are GSM.

Connect it to your usb port with your charging cable, wait for the drivers to download (They should do so automatically) then go to your file explorer and under the computer tab there should be your phone. Click on it and go to I believe DCIM. Your photos should all be there. Select them then...

Yes it will! Just a word of warning, ghosts probably won't do to well on it at the moment. Even PCs with i7s are having trouble running it smoothly, but this is most likely poor optimization and will be repaired in a future patch.

You won't get discrete graphics unless you increase the budget, but this PC should do fine on most of the games you listed and it let's you configure it to have a discrete GPU...
