I am using Arctic Silver 5, is there another thermal paste that could decrease the temperature more? The biggest pain is the fan. It's super noisy when the CPU hits the 40C. Can I replace this fan with a quieter one? Aso, is it normal that the temps jump between 37C and 45C very fast?
