The laptop in particular has a bad LCD cable, failing HDD, and failing GPU. Oh by the way, the entire display has to be replaced due to the way the manufacturer designed it..... With this being said, does it justify a new laptop?

It has to be earbuds, it cannot be headphones, so there's that. I need it to be low-budget, but I also need them to be extremely comfortable in the ears... As well as the best sound quality as possible.... Thanks

Just need a cheap laptop for school purposes, run Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.. Minor surfing, although it should be able to handle 1080P quality, because I do have a few classes involving videos, and I need clear quality, but it doesn't need to be something ridiculous like 4K res or...
