You can't say not worried about price, or I'll link you a $250,000 custom made one. You have a price limit. And also, what is this for. Listening to music, 15.1 surround channels, we need a lot more information other than need a DAC.

Music and gaming. Fair, I would like to keep the price under $100, I could spend more, but am not willing to pay over $200

Schiit has some good options in that price range, although an external DAC might not be needed. What devices will the DAC be connected to and what is the rest of your audio setup looking like?
