Problem Solved. I took off the monitor last night and one of the Ram sticks wasn't in the slot all the way :ange: . Well the computer works excellent and life is good! :D

It's a computer upgrade for my Dad, my parents are divorced and he's still using a desktop from 2000. So for him this would be a pretty major upgrade; it's just so we don’t have to spend any money we don’t have right now. Thanks for the Response! :)
