Well my bid would be the Gigabyte P34G, coming in at abotu $1,400 it covers all of your bases, HDD, SSD, top of the line graphics and very portable, matte full HD screen, what do you think? :)

Windows 8 has a secure boot option enabled that might be preventing you from booting from anything other than the hard drive

Not really familiar with your BIOS so hard to advise - everything is in hungarian! What operatting system are you currently running?

Never used a bootable SD card myself, so it's an interesting fact to hear they work at all, nice! Is there a reason you can't use a bootable USB?

Hi If you find your model number and google the drivers for your laptop you should find some drivers for chipset, audio etc that should sort things out nicely :)
