    Try removing the battery and plug in the laptop and see if it boots normally without a battery then you will know if its a battery problem

    It could be a number of things what you can try is pulling out the battery and just plugging the laptop and try booting cause when a laptop is old the first thing to go is the hdd

    Could be your hdd or ram try and open your laptop to switch the hdd with an other one hdd might be failing

    Try reinstalling the graphics driver for the blurryness in the screen try to boot into safe mode if its still blurry
