For watching movies, even a ~$300 laptop will be enough.

Can I use the Turtle Beach PX51 with the Xbox One?

Doesn't look like it will work, Turtle Beach has not confirmed compatibility: http://www.gamenguide.com/articles/9846/20140312/xbox-one-news-turtle-beach-provides-list-compatible-headsets-thanks.htm However, it may work with an adapter. Not sure about that...

On certain graphics settings (mostly medium) you'll be fine with that laptop. Here's a review using other demanding games: http://www.notebookcheck.net/Lenovo-Y40-59423035-Notebook-Review.124638.0.html...

Yet another ASUS vs ACER laptop

Those two laptops do not compare in price/performance actually, they're from two different price ranges. The ASUS one is more budget oriented, good for daily tasks. The Acer one is better in terms of performance. Buy one that will be enough for what you're planning to do with it.

    vaio overheating after motherboard replacement

I would advice you to go to the service center again and let them handle it since you didn't get what you expected. It may be a bad installation on their part.

Razer Electra VS Kingston HyperX Cloud

The HyperX Cloud is one of the best sounding 'gaming' headsets under $100. It's a rebranded QPAD T90, which is a quality headphone. I own one and I would highly recommend the HyperX Cloud.

Looking for a Decent Gaming Headset Under $100

Steelseries Siberia V2 is a decent headset. About the fitting, I think the Astro's should fit, not so sure. I have a medium sized head and it fits pretty nice, does get a little uncomfortable after long use though.

Looking for a Decent Gaming Headset Under $100

Yeah without the amp, if you'll be using it on the pc then there is no need for it. It made to connect it to consoles and such. Also this headset does not need any other amplification, your motherboard connector will provide enough power.
