Best gaming headset (PC)

I've been looking at many different headsets over time, but I really can't decide on value for money, comfort etc without using them first-hand.
Any suggestions? My main criteria would be comfort and sound quality (I also use a 5.1 sound card)

The Kingston HyperX Cloud has amazing sound quality (being based on the Takstar Hi-2050) but a pretty average mic (as is the case on most headsets), really comfortable too.

I second the HyperX Cloud Pro headset.
It's a great headset for the price.

I just got the steel series Siberia raw prism. While the bass could use a little boost. It is incredibly comfortable, even after 5+ hour gaming marathon
