Get the Nexus 7 the Nexus 8 will probably come out in 2015 at earliest and IMO opinion not worth the wait and im still rocking the 2012 version and it runs flawlessly havent had one problem,Overall Id get the nexus 7 no use waiting for something that will be outdated in the next year

Good the Nexus 7 IS GREAT. I Still Have Mine. purchased it june 2012 and runs faster than my 3yr old laptop, have the latest pure android update.Runs like new. :) imo its worth it and is a good tablet

Since your budget is under $2000 i suggest just getting the razer blade its not too heavy
