    Circles around lights at night - lens broken?

    Hello, My nifty fifty from canon just started a very weird behavior. If I do photos at nights, it produces circles around all light sources and I have no idea why. Could this be a defect or something else? Does anyone have an idea what to do against it? Best regards Example...
