    Made the call and held out as long as I could ( Ask to speak to a supervisor ) , gave me a free bulb and covered the chip ! Cost me $200 and the TV looks like new again ! I am happy !

    Called the number and held out as much as I could , they covered the chip and threw in a new bulb ! Still paid $200 for the service call .
