There probably are more screws you need to remove maybe they are hidden under a plastic panel you can remove from the bottom, or maybe they are under your keyboard. I know Toshiba hides some of the screws there. Try to search for a tutorial on how to disassemble the exact model of your laptop it...

Do you recall doing something that made your mouse and touchpad stop functionning? I'm guessing this is software related since you say they work when booting up. Maybe you have installed something that disables them.

I have absolutely no idea what this laptop is, but have you tried going into your bios and check for the boot device order? Make sure it is set to boot on CD/Floppy/Whatever_you_want first.

Could you answer these questions so i can have an idea of what the problem is: 1) Does your laptop detect your home wifi? 2) Has it ever connected to the home wifi once? 3) What operating system (windows 7, 8, linux...) is it running? Thanks :)

What i did was to create a scheduled task in the task scheduler built in windows. I followed this guide to do it. However, it is very important to set the priority of SpeedFan to "High" in the processes tab of task manager because if another program uses 100% of your CPU, speedfan will stop...

its an .mp4 file but i downloaded it from youtube via clipconverter.cc so it converted it... But that's what i don't understand... i cannot watch a 4k video via youtube but i can watch the exact same video if i download it from youtube...
