The bricks both work fine on the second laptop which is identical to this one. So if I do have to take it apart can this piece just be soldered back on by myself? Is there some specific kind for computer stuff?

Hello friends! So I've eliminated all the obvious stuff like it's not the battery and yes it's plugged in. I'm 100% sure that the plug inside the laptop is somehow responsible. The model is np350v5c samsung. I have two of them so I checked known good parts etc. Haven't opened any panels yet...
