I want to get a quality built laptop, but I don't really game that much. Is getting the standard base model, No add on's Alienware laptop worth it? before you say Apple or ASUS. I don't like Apple (personal reasons). and I have heard horror stories about ASUS customer service.

price isn't an object here, I just want something built VERY well.

What Laptop has superior build quality?, I'm not a gamer, but I thought about buying a gaming laptop since they typically are built very well and have great customer service advice?
