The tv's usb is 0.5A and 5volts that should be enough for a HDD right ?

Hello guys i have heard that some tv's dont have enought power trough usb to run a external hdd my SAMSUNG UE-48H5003 runs fine with a flash drive but i am thinking on buying a 5400rpm 1tb external hdd. Do you have any information on how much power it supplies and if it will run fine .

After i got my ssd and installed the new Windows 10 build every time i press the render button sony vegas not responding previously vegas pro 12 was working and 13 was crashing now both wont start a render tried disabling gpu acceleration different render settings nothing worked TLDR...
