No, you can't use that NVMe drive in a standard m.2 socket. any standard m.2 2280 should work, just make sure it's not NVMe. this should work.

That's a very high price, you can get a EVGA sc15 with the same specs (and a bigger m.2 SSD) for $999 on sale at EVGA.com, If you can't find that then I'd suggest the Dell Inspiron series as they have the same specs as this laptop, plus those high refresh rate laptop displays tend to have too...
