Thanks for your advices. I checked my BIOS and it seems to be the newest version. I also tried uninstalling the drivers and reinstalling them with the ones on Asus website but no success, I'm not sure if I'm doing it right :D About SKU, I don't mind sharing it, but where can I find it?

Hello, I'm having an issue with my Asus GL502V - sometimes touchpad just stops working. I always have to restart the PC to solve the issue, but after time it happens again. Drivers are latest. Thanks for your help

Hello, I have a small issue with my new laptop (Asus ROG GL502V). When it wakes up from hibernation mode, sometimes I have a square instead of my mouse cursor. When I open something, the square is gone and I have normal cursor. I know it's not a big problem but it's a bit irritating. Thanks a...
